Privacy policy

  1. The following Privacy Policy contains the rules of collecting and processing information of Users, applicable to the service foodsoft.pl.
  2. The Administrator of Personal Data (“APD”) within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws 1997 No. 133 item 883) is Foodsoft.pl sp. z o.o. (address: ul. Demokratyczna 117, 93-348 Łódź).
  3. The Service limits the use and collection of information about the Users to the necessary minimum required to provide the services of the Service at the highest level. The data of the Users are not made available in any other way than it results from the purpose of the Service and the scope of the given consent and statements, information and data about the Users to any other third parties without a legal basis ordering such action. The transfer of the above mentioned information takes place only at the request of authorized state authorities, in particular after the presentation of appropriate documents confirming the need to have these data for conducted proceedings.
  4. Cookie files are small data files, especially text files, saved by the server on the User’s computer. These files allow to recognize the device and properly display the website adjusting it to the User’s preferences. Cookie files usually contain the name of the website from which they come, the time they are stored on the device and a unique number.

  •  to the extent necessary to provide services in the Service,

  3. The User may at any time change the settings of the Internet browser so that it does not accept cookies or inform about their transmission. Failure to make changes means that the above information can be placed and stored on the User’s terminal device. The User can manage cookies on his own in the Internet browser, through:
  •  acceptance of the use of cookies, which involves full access by the User to the options offered on the Service,
  •  management of cookies at the level of individual websites,
  •  defining individual settings for different types of cookies,
  •  blocking or deleting cookies.
